Bubu Fuud: Carmelized Pork Ribs


Got a little bit of time between all the fashion shows this week so thought I should cook something. Pork ribs, molasses, black pepper, fish sauce, garlic, anise, salt, coconut soda. Cook till carmelize. You know me, I don't use measurements....I just put however much I feel is enough. Eat with Jasmine rice, some kraut....yummy for the tummy! BTW, this is Vietnamese comfort food.
