OMG, the project chics moved in

okie dokie, haven't posted for a while because I'm so busy...but serious, why can't this world get rid of ghetto people? why do they exist? Is it to test our patience. damn, patience is something most NYers don't have. Perhaps I'm "new york" like in this sense. Some of my neighbors are out of control. One of them, I can hear the music and can even sing along if I knew the words. Most are smack my bitch up kind of crap music so it's definitely not appealing. I heard there's been plenty of complaints but I guess folks like that just don't get it. There's not much brain cells there so obviously, not too much can be understood. Damn what did they mama eat?

Another neighbor plays music so loud, the whole hall can hear it. This one plays suicidal music...the tony braxton don't break my heart kind of shit. Geez, can these folks just tone it down. Can they just respect the quality of life rules. Nobody cares if they wanna be called a bitch and treated like one. Nobody cares if they're on their heart is broken. Just tone it down for petes sake.

Another issue that's quite annoying is somebody has a messed up ac that's rattling out of control. When my ac rattled, I fixed it. Why? because I can't stand hearing the damn thing and because I don't feel like my neighbors have to hear it either. It's fucking annoying.

I emailed the board asking them to handle these situations but most likely they'll just trash my email. Their reply says they'll get back to me in a timely manner but I think I emailed them 6 months ago (maybe I'm exaggerating here, but it feels like it's been that long). I think Walmart gets back to it's billions of customers faster than our board.
