Bubu, have you considered either running directly or fomenting an underground write-in campaign? As for me, I've been here for a year and the Board has done nothing useful and has made a lot of amateurish mistakes. Plus, they seem to be wasting a lot of money. I'll write you in. What have we got to lose? This is the year of the outsider, anti-establishment candidate. You are literally the poster girl for that type of candidate. Bubu for President!
Thank you Steven. I have sooooooo many residents here telling me the same thing. Frankly, I think I will win hands down if I run. I know our boards from the beginning have been very wasteful. So far, I haven't seen anything being done to keep this building a luxury and pleasure for all to live. We got prostitutes, people playing loud music, people splashing crap all over the walls, people dripping crap on the floors...you name it. So much for Midboro. Surely, they didn't get the building contract for free.
Every time someone emails me or tells me I should run, I feel like I should, BUT I'm just so busy. I'm stretched so thin these days that I barely have time to do anything. I wish I had more time. I don't want to take on another position when I can't give my fullest.
I established this blog for the very reason of voicing my concerns and giving other residents a platform to voice theirs. But most just like to email personally. There are a couple of nasty bullies here who think they can scare everybody. Just some more parasites to stomp on. It seems like most if all of them are going down. Mean people don't win.
Oh by the way....we have so many issues but I had a little wreathe on my door and they sent me a letter asking me to take it down....
Because they explained it being a fire hazard, I took it down....but damn, there are bigger issues not being dealt with.
