Wow, it's 4 years!!!!

It's been a while since I posted anything. See what happens when you're too busy making the benjamins. Anyhow, it's been 4 years since I've lived at The Langston. There's been ups and downs, but I survived...just like I thought I would. Surely, there are many Langstonians who feel the same way. Life happens and things change. People move on to bigger and better things. This includes me. I've been fortunate to weather the economic downturn, not to say it didn't affect me. The economy hasn't been kind to many many people. A couple of doormen resigned, so did some porters. Unfortunately, that's business.

4 years. Quite a long time. But, now I'm looking forward to a different life. With this, I will soon bid farewell to this blog. It has served its purpose of bringing to light developers' disrespect for its buyers, the board's disrespect for homeowners, owners' disrespect towards other owners and the consequences and trials that came about them.

Easy to say, but hard to do: Treat people how you want to be treated. Stand up for what you believe! Be nice!

Mrs. Claus had burned all the cookies. The elves were complaining about not getting paid for the overtime they had while making the toys. The reindeer had been drinking all afternoon and were dead drunk. To make matters worse, they had taken the sleigh out for a spin earlier in the day and had crashed it into a tree.

So a board member stopped me and asked me if I knew which homes are the "brothels" in our building. Let's be real here. They don't know? It's easy to find out if they wanted t. They come in and out throughout the night looking like $5 dollar hookers. Come on man, you CANNOT miss the cheap vinyl stilettos boots, the faded black mini, and the "pretty woman blazer." Oh don't forget the color fuschia. hahaha.

Shouldn't our employees be reporting "illegal" activities to the board anyways? If not, then board should make that a part of their job duties. But then again, if they did, would board do anything about it?

Do I need to run for the board to deal with them? I bet plenty of neighbors would agree. You know Bubu would nip all the BS in the butt.

I was recently tipped about a couple of full functioning brothels in this building. A customer pissy at the service actually told me about one of them. So I did some research and here's what I found:

I live in the Langston and my neighbors have complained about numerous issues to the board and staff. Our board consists of people who want to have something to do on their spare time instead of addressing real issues so if we wanted to keep getting screwed we should have let the developer keep their controlling shares. The super we have now is wonderful and hands on with the tenants and that makes me feel better. Our problems are the exact problems that any home owner would go through and I can say that we purchased our home as an investment and plan to stay the course. I know your frustrated with the lack of respect you get from these people and you might feel special but none of us are a home is what you make it good or bad. What I don't hear are the good things about it like having a park for our kids to play in the building or having a piece of mind knowing that when you come home it's very quiet or the fact that the staff go out of their way to help us when it is and not needed. As for the other blogger this is Harlem I have been here my whole life and it's not as bad as it used to be case in point if you own a condo in Harlem and your not black or Hispanic you would have only heard about Harlem not lived it. When I was younger I never thought I would own such a great place in Harlem that is past 136 st. And the brownstones were very expensive. If anything I said offended you that was not my intention it's just that people are never satisfied even when they have a home that's as beautiful as ours their always looking for the worst without taking time to savor the best life has to offer. I hope you can get the same joy from your home one day as my family gets out of ours. ( god bless )

Yes, HTID, I agree Harlem is a beautiful place to live and the langston can be a great place to live. I think the nastiness from the first board ruined it for alot of us. Then now we have a board, like you said "consists of people who want to have something to do on their spare time instead of addressing real issues." One of them used to be on the committee and I think that nastiness ruined it for alot of folks too. One of them don't even live here full time.

NO, I definitely don't live in peace and quiet. I have a couple of neighbors who blast their music day and nite. Other neighbors probably complained about them to the board but again, like you said, the board is not interested in dealing with issues.

I think that might be the reason why alot of people rent their place. It's a condo and owners are free to rent out as they please. The board can spend tons of money fighting owners but bottom line is owners do as they want. It's sad because you can see how renters don't care about the building. It's not in their interest to. Eventually, the good ones move on to bigger and better things.

I am glad we have a terrace/playground for our kids. As matter fact I was the only one fighting the first board for the children's rights to use chalk on the grounds. The old hag can claim what she wants about the tables, but it was Bubu who brought that subject up. Nobody cared. If they did, they didn't speak up.

I'm glad you enjoy your home. I actually don't hate where I live. I just hate some of the people who live in this building.

Y'all need to stop talking trash about our doorman, Mr. B. Get a life already. Get yourself laid...go get a nice drink and chill out. He's a good doorman and does his job well. Every time I walk through that door he tells me "Welcome Home." That puts a smile on my face.

He's an honest man doing his thing. Why you gotta hate when you see a brutha doing good? WTF is wrong with you?

AT least he's not milking us for all our money like how some of us in this building are. THE MAGIC QUESTION IS: HOW the heck do you make more than 1/2 of your salary in overtime? Work for the city of course. We all know this one: How do you take a 200K salary and let a kid fall through the elevator shaft...then bounce? Then some folks have tenure and don't know anything but A-E-I-O-ME, ME, ME.

Not all are bad of course, but usually it's the good ones that never get paid. BUT thanks to the UNIONs of CORRUPTION, the bad ones will always be guaranteed of their jobs and pay to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I've noticed alot of folks moving out of this building. Some even told me that they feel this building is not as luxurious as the board tries to make it out to be. Boy, is this so true. Last week I came home and notice the whole wall on my side of the hallway all the way out to the elevator splashed with milky brown liquid...I think it's coffee.

I wonder who would do such a thing....I want to say it's some kid but kids don't normally drink coffee. If it's an adult, then we have got some serious issues in this building. WHO THE FUCK does that? Seriously, I don't think shit like that happens in the PJs....if it does then you'd expect it...but here? why??? why??? why do these idiots do crap like that?

This heat is out of control!!! OMG, I so have to move out of here. This weather is worse than Oklahoma.

And my AC fan broke. I guess I run it too much. Had to have it changed and we're back with a vengeance.

Hope y'all are being mindful....turn shit off when you ain't using it so we don't have a crazy black out like before. Run one AC and not all three/four. I run only the living room AC unless my son is sleeping in his bedroom. Don't run the dishwasher during the day. Keep your blinds shut when you're sleeping during the day to keep heat out.

okie dokie, haven't posted for a while because I'm so busy...but serious, why can't this world get rid of ghetto people? why do they exist? Is it to test our patience. damn, patience is something most NYers don't have. Perhaps I'm "new york" like in this sense. Some of my neighbors are out of control. One of them, I can hear the music and can even sing along if I knew the words. Most are smack my bitch up kind of crap music so it's definitely not appealing. I heard there's been plenty of complaints but I guess folks like that just don't get it. There's not much brain cells there so obviously, not too much can be understood. Damn what did they mama eat?

Another neighbor plays music so loud, the whole hall can hear it. This one plays suicidal music...the tony braxton don't break my heart kind of shit. Geez, can these folks just tone it down. Can they just respect the quality of life rules. Nobody cares if they wanna be called a bitch and treated like one. Nobody cares if they're on their heart is broken. Just tone it down for petes sake.

Another issue that's quite annoying is somebody has a messed up ac that's rattling out of control. When my ac rattled, I fixed it. Why? because I can't stand hearing the damn thing and because I don't feel like my neighbors have to hear it either. It's fucking annoying.

I emailed the board asking them to handle these situations but most likely they'll just trash my email. Their reply says they'll get back to me in a timely manner but I think I emailed them 6 months ago (maybe I'm exaggerating here, but it feels like it's been that long). I think Walmart gets back to it's billions of customers faster than our board.

So, I received another call a couple of weeks ago about an affordable home. Since I already got one here, I really don't qualify for another one (yet)...but I sent in my app anyways. Well, the lady called me one day and told me that there were no more 2 BRs left...only 1 BR homes (sound familiar). I asked her why especially my income appeared qualified. She said all the 2 BR homes were sold. I asked for my log number and why I haven't received a "letter" in the mail...she played dumb deaf and stupid real quick. Then she told me I can put my name on the list for 3 BR homes that will be built later.....OMG, what a BSer.....so then I asked her where the buildings were so I can go look at them...guess what the biatch told me? They haven't even broke ground yet and that it's on hold....Can you smell the BS?.....okay, so why did she call me?

You see, they do this shit so that they can knock you off the list to get to their friends who will pay them 20-50k under the table. Calling me to tell me the crap just to say I was contacted. But she didn't realize I was NO dummy. I want my letter and my log number! I'm entitled to that.

So you know me, I created a paper trail....let's see what the biatch is up to next.

What's crazy is I know I don't qualify for the home...but that's not the point....I want her to do things the right way...the fair way...the legal way.

Yea, Mr. B knows what he's doing. He gave my kid a present! Whether he was kissing my ass or not is not the issue. It's the fact that he took his TIME and money to find a gift. That's what you call being in the holiday spirit. That made me get into the holiday spirit myself!

Y'all know my view towards tipping. It's no secret. I don't tip unless I feel someone deserves it. Even that isn't enough for me to tip sometimes because I'm already paying salaries. But, Mr. B showed me that he was appreciative and wanted to "give back"....so, I thought to myself, why not "appreciate" SOME of them a little more this year. So, they got Mr. B to thank!

I LOVE GREENS! I can eat them all day without anything else. Saute some garlic and shrimp in light olive oil or canola oil, whichever you prefer. Set aside. Saute garlic and greens. Add oyster sauce, hoison sauce, some fish sauce and a little bit of water or chicken broth. Don't overcook the greens. Toss the shrimps on top and serve. delicioso!

Smoking Ban?

Got a letter from some attorney repping the board about smoking. Some folks smoke to much...but then you got the idiots that step outside to smoke in the hallways. It makes sense to slap the hall smokers with fines but how can you possibly regulate the ones that smoke in their homes? How do you deal with the ones that are renters and not owners. Who is the board gonna fine? I think you can fine them all you want but they don't have to pay it and you can't kick them out of their homes either. Imposing fines on owners because of their renters is a touchy issue. Seems to me, this spells trouble and money if the board steps on the wrong toe. Smoking is annoying but is it such a big issue in this building? Or is the legal notice just to satisfy a particular board member or friend of a board member? Hmm...I can't see the board going to great lengths just for a regular resident. Though, controlling the smoking that goes on in the hallways is a good thing.

Smoking is not like noise where there are restricted time frames. What's the board gonna do? Ban smoking 24 hours inside owners' apartment? That's pretty stupid. If you call the police and complain about smell, what would they do? They barely do anything when you complain about noise.

Noise on the other hand is a big issue in this building. We got cuckoos arguing to the wee hours of the morning, folks sashaying in their heels in the middle of the night, peeps slamming their doors every 5 seconds, idiots blasting their music like they still in the pjs...you name it, we got it. BUT, I don't see a legal notice threatening to slap fines on those who don't limit their noise. Afterall, it is a quality of life issue isn't it? It's in the By-Laws isn't it?

Every now and then, I'd smell smoke in the hallways from inside my apartment. It's a annoying, but I don't think it's a building wide issue that requires such a legal letter.

Aren't there more important issues to deal with?

Dang, last night I couldn't fall asleep because one of my neighbors were having an "old fashion Harlem throw down." They were at it big time! Yelling at each other, bitching about stupid shit...the works. Wonder if they know that their paper thin walls allow everybody and their dogs to involuntarily listen into their miserable life. Not everybody wanna stay up all nite! Dammit, ladies....you can't make a man love you. If he cheats on you, hits you, curses at you, disrespects you in any way, LEAVE HIM! Don't stick around and let him step all over you. What's wrong with you?!? Do you not love yourself? Look, if you don't love yourself, NOBODY can love you, CAPICHE? To the ones who married for the little money that he got, his pennies are not worth the beat down. Move on and get some self respect. The best way to love yourself is to make yourself worth something. Get educated, start a business, volunteer, sign for pottery or crochet........don't just sit around and be a nobody. Don't get mad when he starts treating you like a nobody. It's human. You'll only respect someone when he/she got something to respect. Sitting around looking cute won't get you anywhere especially when you don't have much above your shoulders. Dammit.

The Banh Mi is very popular among Vietnamese and lately NYers. NYtimes can't stop talking about it HERE.

It's just French bread filled with different kinds of Vietnamese sausage, meat, pate, pickled vegetables, cilantro & cucumbers...etc...

This is a Chinese Roast Pork hoagie. Marinate a small Pork roast with Chinese BBQ seasoning overnight. You can find the seasoning at just about any Asian grocery store in Chinatown. Follow directions, cook till caramelize. Slice to your liking.

Stuff the hoagie with the roast pork, turkey cold cuts, ham, mayonnaise, cilantro, cucumbers, ground pepper, soy sauce and hot sauce. yummy yummy yummy!

Bubu Fuud: Lo Mein

marinate noodles with oyster sauce & hoisin sauce

Lo mein isn't really Vietnamese but I like and it's super cheap to make. Marinate the cooked spaghetti with some oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce. Fry whatever meat you want with onions, scallions, garlic, vegetables if you want. Add cooked spaghetti and some drops of sesame oil (it's pretty strong so don't overdue it, a drop at a time and taste). Add some more oyster sauce, hoisin sauce & soy sauce to taste.

To dumb it down so the the GED folks aka damn haterz in this building can cook something for themselves too...

Use Ramen noodles instead! Boil with seasoning and drain. You just made yourself some RAMEIN!

Next thing I know, the halls gonna be smelling like burnt soy sauce! hehehaha!

For a "luxury" building, I am totally disappointed at the amount of residence participation. Of 180 homes, only about 30 signed up to give candy. HALF of them left buckets outside their door. Dang, can we put a little more effort into making Halloween a happy holiday for our little residents? WTF is wrong with these folks. Open your door and let the kids say Trick or Treat and show off their kool costumes to brighten up your life! Cuz Lord knows you need some happiness. These folks are seriously MISERABLE! I let my little man go trick or treating in this building for a bit and we gotta say the haunted hall on Floor 6 was great. He was too scared to go through the tunnel of the dead. THANKS Y'ALL for putting in the effort! I had so many goody bags prepared but gave out only half (that's being generous). I guess Halloween fell on Saturday so most folks took their kids out. Oh BTW, I ran into another resident and she told me they don't celebrate Halloween. WHO DOESN'T CELEBRATE HALLOWEEN?!!! Does she really believe Halloween is an evil holiday? Look around, it's fun everywhere! Ayah!

Bubu Fuud: Beef & Onion Summer Rolls

If you love summer rolls but don't want to pay $3.50 for 2 rolls, here's what you do. The same noodles you use to make singapore noodles, boil some extra.

Cook sliced beef with onions, scallions, garlic, salt, fish sauce, whatever other seasoning you want. Sometimes I use southwest seasoning. Get some rice wraps, wet a wrap and lay it on a plate. Put noodles, beef, lettuce, cilantro & cucumbers (thinly sliced) on the rice wrap. Then just wrap it up! Dip in fish sauce vinegre or peanut sauce.

How to make fish sauce vinegre:

In a small pot, boil sugar & water. Turn off heat, add fish sauce, garlic, lemon juice and fresh jalapeno peppers. Add more or less sugar/fish sauce to your desired taste.

How to make peanut sauce:

Take some fish sauce vinegre, add peanut butter and hoisin sauce.

Bubu Fuud: Singapore Noodles

Use canola oil. Fry cut chicken tenders with some salt, oyster sauce & fish sauce. Add cooked vermicelli and some more oyster sauce if you want. Add scallion last. Stir fry then let it sit on medium heat till the noodles at the bottom burn a bit. So so simple! You can use shrimp or beef in place of chicken or make it a house special. You can also put bean sprouts, cilantro, cabbage or whatever vegetable you want.

I was on the elevator the other day and noticed some red spots on the floor. Told the porter who was filling for the doorman about it and he responded "I saw." Found myself questioning why the hell am I paying for attitude? Anyhow, went to the resident manager and was surprised she's even in the building. She comes around once a week I think. Well, she was yaking her life away when I went into the management office. So I told her about the dirty elevator and she said she had already told the porter on duty to clean it immediately. Asked when she told him, she said around her lunch hour (about 1 hour ago). Shit was still there. She said she will have to tell the employee management to make sure the the porters clean REGULARLY.

Is CLEANING REGULARLY not part of the porters' duties already? Do they clean when they want to clean?

Another problem I've noticed for a while now is that a couple of our porters seem to not want to open the doors for us. I'm not saying they should open the door every single time cuz most of the time residents don't need the door opened for them. It's when our hands are tied that's when we need the doors opened for us. Here's my view on this. IF THEY'RE FILLING IN FOR A DOORMAN, THEY NEED TO DO DOORMAN DUTIES. THEY ARE NOT ON BREAK. THEREFORE, THEY CANNOT SIT THERE AND DO NOTHING. Why haven't management told them this? And if they were told then why are they still employed? In this economy, do they not know that there's a gazillion peeps willing to take their place? Heck, Mr. T will come back in a heartbeat.

Why is the resident manager not on top of all this? Who is the damn genius that decided we should keep Richman management for another year?

I have a feeling that we're just paying to give some of these peeps a paycheck but that's about it. It seems like they have NO defined duties, if any.

WHERE IS THE BOARD???? Do they not notice the building is DIRTY?

Bubu Fuud: Beef Noodle Soup aka PHO

Typical Vietnamese diet consists mainly of soups and salads. The most popular soup is the beef noodle soup aka PHO. But it can be very fattening cuz the broth is made of beef, chicken and pork. Usually I give myself only one bowl with all the yummy fat. The SECRET is to let the fat freeze overnight, then scoop it all out the next morning. You can see here, I've scooped most of the fat out except for a couple of chips left for flavor. Now, my version is the fast food one. It doesn't taste as great as mama's but it's good enuf! I live in NYC, I don't have time.

To make this noodle soup:

Throw beef bones, beef oxtails, pork & chicken, 2-4 pieces of anise, a small piece of cinnamon, a small onion & small piece of ginger into a crock pot. Salt, pepper & fish sauce to taste. If you're really really lazy, chicken broth will help you out.

Serve with rice noodles, bean sprouts, basil, onions, chives & cilantro

Heard someone who works for Trump hatin' on some of our doormen about their suits. For someone who brags about working for Trump, he should be able to afford more than a Kmart suit. I've seen dude wear the same shitty suit I saw from day one. Obviously he ain't important enough in the Trump organization to buy himself some mid priced ones like armani or gucci. He'll never in his life be able to touch the bespokes so we won't even go there.

Here's my philosophy....if you're working for me and you're required to dress nice and all you had was a nice purple suit, then you should wear it until you are provided with uniforms. I wouldn't hate on you just because it's a nice purple suit. Capiche?

NEW YORK — TLC network has shut down filming of the children on "Jon & Kate Plus 8" after receiving a cease-and-desist order from their father, Jon Gosselin.

In a statement, the network said production would remain suspended "pending further conversations" between both Gosselins, who are parents of young twins and sextuplets. Filming not directly involving the kids continues, TLC said Thursday.

The Insider Web site reported Thursday that Gosselin demanded through his lawyers that the TLC production crew vacate the property of the family home in Pennsylvania.

In its statement, TLC said it remained "deeply disappointed at his continued erratic behavior. He and the family were shooting as recently as last Friday, without incident. ..."

"Despite Jon Gosselin's repeated self-destructive and unprofessional actions, he remains under an exclusive contract with TLC," the network said.

Gosselin's lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, did not immediately return calls to The Associated Press.

The Gosselins filed for divorce in June, after weeks of reports of marital discord. On Monday, TLC announced that the weekly series would be renamed "Kate Plus Eight," with a reduced involvement by Jon Gosselin.

OMG, finally the board decided to create a Langston blog so these cuckoos who've been taking their frustration out on me can jump over and dump their toxic crap there instead. How nice am I to promote The Langston Blog on here so those who want to read the good stuff about the Langston can click on over. Surely, someone will write about how fabulous it is to live with their ACs roaring or how their fingernails caused serious scratches in their cheap sheet rock walls. You see, my blog is not about putting the Langston down. All buildings have problems but how we deal with it is more important. Denying and keeping quiet about problems will only empower the builder and allow them to get away with murder. Builders should be held accountable. Boards should be held accountable. Transparency is the best communication a building can have. I've heard much about the annual meeting. It's crazy how people are so disrespectful towards each other. This is one of the reasons why I started this blog, to counter the idiots that were always trying to shut me up at meetings. They need to learn that even if they don't like what their neighbors say, they have to respect them. Furthermore, the lies that some board members dish out are incredible! Hey we know who's responsible for the distasteful termination of one our doormen even though dude probably wasn't all innocent. It's a new board (not totally). Queen B is gone, Houdini is back and Control Freak made her way. I hope this board will be more understanding and communicate with owners in a more respectful and timely manner.

About the late common charges, was it necessary to get legal? Come on, if you don't use our common charges to pay for private parties, we'll be able to pay our common charges on time.

I wasn't there but I highly doubt much, if any, was said about me and this wonderful blog. Good, because they should concentrate on the building issues not my personal blog. Board Meeting OH NO!

OMG, I totally thought the board meeting was tomorrow. My dates are all mixed up. So sorry y'all. But I saw only 3 people running for the board so it didn't look like much was gonna happen anyways. It's sad that nobody wants to run for the board. Hopefully, more people stood up to run. If the same peeps that we don't like get back on, then it's all of our fault, including mine. Well, alot of people want to know what happened to the sales agent regarding the PHL and Mr. Zenger scheme. I know that for the past couple of days, haters involved in this scheme have been trying to divert my attention with all the Miss Jackson stuff. Well, I've decided to post this agent's email communication with me and leave it up to you to make the judgement. All I can say for myself is if I ever want to sell this rat hole of mine, I'll never use Halstead unless I want to give it away for free.

To sum the mess up, the agent wrote, "Is there a chance we can talk on the phone? I am confident in what I wrote to you but there are some things easier said in conversation.

As you're reading, keep in mind that the email posted here seems to indicate the agent has perhaps communicated with Mr. Zenger enough to ask for his attorney information, wife's information and bank information for contract preparation. Come on folks, we all know how the buying process is like. Anyhow have fun with this. Here goes:

"John Peter Zenger appears not to be the name of a living person. It appears to be what used to be called a "pen name" and perhaps would be a "screen name" in the blog age. Or we can just say it looks like an it's an alias. But of course that's hard to prove...

But whether or not this is a real living person and that's their real name or not, there definitely has never been a real customer at the Langston with that name. Here's the rough sequence of events: a long while ago I received an offer on a penthouse from jpzenger@ymail.com. It was late on a Saturday evening, so I was not near my computer and other customer-tracking records. So though I had no recollection of a customer by that name I responded to that offer the way I'm supposed to. The offer had a question about the building being "child-friendly" which I answered. At some point, whoever owns that email address forwarded my response to you and then I guess you posted the part having to do with the "child-friendly" issues. I wished I had known in advance that I would be quoted on a blog, but it was not a big problem, because as I have said before, it's good for the public to know that info.

Soon after, a day or two later, I became suspicious because:
- Leo and I checked the records and no one by that name had viewed the building ever with either of us, yet he claimed we had both showed him the apt roughly 2 weeks prior.
- there was no response to my request for due diligence informatio,n so I couldn't issue a contract.
- I googled John Peter Zenger and found out who originally had that name.

I determined that the email had not in fact been to purchase an apartment but rather to find out about the Langston's status as a child-friendly building. The only thing that irritated me was the false offer and the false name. People have a right to ask me about fair housing policies, no problem. Quite honestly, I resented the implication that whoever wrote that email thought they needed to resort to a subterfuge to get an honest answer out of me.

So anway once I figured out that it was not a legitimate customer with a legitimate offer to purchase, I emailed Jpzenger@ymail.com with some comment to the effect of: next time write me with your real name and if you're going to post my comments on a blog, please ask me first.

And that was that. There has never been any further communication; no negotiations on an apartment, no furniture, no contracts, no scheduled closings, no viewings, nothing. When you brought the $495,000 post to my attention, that was the first I had heard of it and it was quite surprising.

Hope I've expressed that clearly."

Then that person posted my responses to your blog without asking me or informing me. So essentially I was tricked. Y'all know I work in the fashion field and lately the industry has suffered quite a bit from the economic downturn. I'm blessed that my work hasn't slowed too much. But it's slow enough to where I can squeeze an accounting course. I got 15 more credits (5 more classes) to go to fulfill all the requirements to take the CPA. It's been years since I graduated and I was kinda scared going back to school but now I feel really really really good cuz I found out I made a 97 on my accounting exam! Boy, did that boost my confidence. Later on I won't have to hire an accountant to do my taxes. Ya know, this is a perfect time to go back to school or to take that pottery class that you've always wanted to but never had the time to. Didn't Obama make it easier for folks to collect unemployment and go back to school? Wonder how that's going.

This is a true story y'all...my hubby told me this cuz it happened to his homeboy...I was rollin' on the floor.

Let's call his homeboy Mo...

Mo has a wifey and kids. He also has a girlfriend and a kid by her. He's been living a double life for quite some time, uh, 7 years. One day Mo and his girlfriend got into a huge argument. So big, she told him to come around after work and pick his shit up. Mo thought he was slick, showed up at her place before she got home from work and pack his stuff, took all the pics of them and kid out of the frames and everything he can think of that would remind her of him.
